Chairman & CEO
Jerry Z. Peng is the Chairman and CEO of Tranlin, Inc. He served previously as managing director with Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, based in Hong Kong, managing corporate financing and derivatives business in the Investment Banking Division and corporate sales for the Securities Division in China. Prior to this, Mr. Peng was executive director of China Onshore Sales for the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley, and senior vice president and director at Standard Chartered Bank, as well as head of China franchise corporate banking. He is a member of Committee 2005 in China.
Mr. Peng serves as a trustee on the University of Virginia Darden Business School Foundation Board and as vice chairman of Darden’s Global Advisory Council. He also serves as a trustee on the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges Board. He earned a BE in Finance from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and an MBA from Darden Business School.John M. Stacey
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales
John M. Stacey is the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales. John served as general manager of IBM Consumer Software and as a brand executive at Procter & Gamble. His experience in Silicon Valley includes growing early stage companies with disruptive technologies and consumer product innovations into category-leading brands. Prior roles include senior vice president of marketing for eHealth and vice president of marketing and sales for The Learning Company.
He holds BAs in Economics and French from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
T. Jason Dunaway
Senior Vice President and Project Executive
T. Jason Dunaway is the Senior Vice President and Project Executive of Tranlin, Inc. Mr. Dunaway has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, including the nuclear, aviation, power generation, telecommunications, transportation, commercial, and heavy commercial industries for international and domestic projects, including the implementation of first of a kind technologies. Mr. Dunaway previously served as Vice President of Operations for Wells Global, Executive Vice President of The Roberts Company and PPS Engineers and Vice President of Operations for CB&I.
Mr. Dunaway earned an AS in Construction Technology and BS in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and JD from Georgia State University College of Law.
Chief Financial Officer
Jill Simandl Douthit is the Chief Financial Officer of Tranlin, Inc. and is responsible for building out robust and scalable finance, accounting, legal, human resources and IT functions. Jill previously served as chief financial officer of Virginia-based Relay Foods and has held senior finance and administrative roles with fast-growing companies in the software development, hospitality supply chain and consumer retail industries.
She holds a BA in political science from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.Yue Zhu
Director of Strategic Development & Corporate Secretary
Yue Zhu is the Director of Strategic Development & Corporate Secretary of Tranlin, Inc. He joined the company in early 2014 and works with other senior leadership in the founding team to develop US operations, including sourcing production materials, permitting and due diligence processes, and early-stage marketing strategy development. Yue has passed all three levels of the CFA Institute examinations and is a member of the China Institute of Public Accountants.
He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and economics from Renmin University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Chairman & President
Shandong Tralin Paper Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li has served as the chairman and president of Shandong Tralin Paper Company Limited since the company was founded in 2000. Prior to that, the company was a county-owned enterprise named Gaotang Paper Mill which he joined in 1983 as a technician, and then served as deputy general manager and general manager from 1984 to 2000.
Mr. Li has received numerous national awards for his innovation and entrepreneurship, including the highest prize to-date for Chinese enterprises in the paper industry for both the China National Invention Award and the China National Science and Technology Advancement Award.
Mr. Li graduated from Shandong Light Industry College (now known as Qilu Industrial University) in 1983.
